No. Every duration includes the same core CBAP® simulator and learning environment. Choose a duration according to the preparation time you need; feature access does not decrease with a shorter plan.

Your initial 30-day purchase authorizes one automatic renewal for 30 more days, as shown at checkout. Review the renewal amount and date before paying. You can cancel the renewal in your account before the charge without losing your purchased access. A reminder is sent when possible. This is not an ongoing subscription: it does not renew a second time. The 90- and 180-day plans do not renew automatically.

No. Prices shown are only for Lanalyste simulator access and Lanalyste learning content. Application, membership, exam, rescheduling, official-material, course, and other certifying-organization fees are outside the purchase.

Payments are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any USD or EUR amounts are estimates, not the amount charged in those currencies. Applicable taxes depend on your billing address; review the final total before paying.

Open your account’s purchase history to view the invoice for your purchase. Payment emails also provide purchase or invoice information. Contact support if an invoice link is missing.

You can request a full automatic-renewal refund from your account within three days (72 hours) of the charge, regardless of usage. The refund removes only that renewal’s remaining access; separate purchases, including French passes, are preserved. After 72 hours, contact support for review. This automatic refund rule does not cover initial purchases, manual extensions or French-pass purchases.

CBAP® questions and answer choices remain in English. Every paid plan includes English explanations. The optional French add-on provides a detailed analytical explanation in French while keeping relevant English terminology visible.

A detailed French analysis after each question explaining why the correct option is strongest, why every incorrect option is less appropriate, and how the reasoning relates to BABOK® Guide concepts and terminology. Questions and choices remain in English; relevant English terms appear alongside French terminology. It is bought separately in blocks of 10 consecutive days at C$9 a block, with the quantity you select. You choose when to activate a block; coverage then runs continuously, cannot be paused, never renews, and cannot run past the main access you have paid for.

Yes. Buying and activating are separate. You choose how many available blocks to activate. Unactivated blocks do not expire. Activation requires active main access with enough remaining time to cover the selected blocks. If it is too short, extend your main access first. Activated coverage runs continuously and cannot be paused.

Yes. Your account is for your own use. By default, only one session is allowed at a time: signing in on another device signs out the previous session. This does not permit sharing the account with another person.
